Our puppies are constantly exposed to common noises and sounds such as children playing & crying, vacuum cleaners, thunderstorms, and fireworks.
This helps to produce a dog who is confident, calmer and less stressed… all of which makes for easier trainability.

About Us

Our puppies are neurologically stimulated which produces dogs who have healthier cardiovascular performance.
This means stronger hearts, stronger adrenal glands, increased tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease.
Our puppies are naturally weaned by the mother (not typical of most breeders) producing pups who have an increase in self-control, relational comfort with other dogs, patience, and attention span… while also experiencing a decrease in aggression towards people and other dogs.

Although we do raise show quality dogs, we are most dedicated to the health, temperament, and happiness of families adopting from us.
We plan only a few litters or just one each year, so that every puppy can have the attention and care they deserve.

Our Vision

As responsible breeders, we provide genetic and health guarantees. Our Dachshunds are happy, healthy, loving dogs who are always excited to meet new people. They won’t shy away from visitors. We have grown so big over the years that we now have our branch in Auckland, from where we ship to our customers. We care about our dogs and the homes they will eventually go to, so we encourage you to spend time with the puppies and their parents when you visit. We can also guide you in caring for and training your dachshund puppy, and we’re always available to help after you take your puppy home.

Hi , Thought I would send you an update on our pup max! What a wonderful dog! We enjoy absolutely every second with him. He is still a ball of pure energy, very playful, affectionate and everything you want out of a dog. Very smart too – he learnt to sit, stay, come, drop and turn all in an afternoon of mucking around at home. Loves our cat Snoek who we got a few months after we brought him home. Also loves big dogs – the bigger the better in his eyes and runs circles around them. His colouring has also turned out beautiful with just the right amount of Golden Retriever in him.

It was the whole package: good dogs and good training. Majestic Golden Paws not only provided me with ideal animals, she also provided me with the training I needed to keep my dogs happy and healthy. I just wanted to say thank you very much to Majestic Golden Paws for such a marvelous puppy! Nessa is an amazing addition to our family. She is so smart and cuddly. She has managed the transition very well. Our dog Holly loves her. Of course Nessa, as with all puppies, loves to nip and chew. However, she was very gentle with our 14 month daughter. Just wanted to share some recent photos of the baby! Since the day we brought him home, he fit right in! He learned the doggy door in 2 days and is doing great with his potty training! Koda has been with us 3 weeks. He is incredible. We love this puppy more than anything. We expected a great dog and had a high bar set for Majestic Golden Paws to cross. They cleared this high bar with a ton of space to spare. Everything up to the on time delivery was perfect. Not one complaint. We asked for extra videos and were given more videos. I would definitely recommend Majestic Golden Paws Puppies. There is no doubt in my mind how much they loves their puppies. She was patient and answered all of my questions both before AND after purchasing our pup. Our little girl came to us happy, healthy, and well adjusted. She is beautiful, smart and so sweet. Picking up our puppy was very smooth. She was able to meet at the airport so I did not have to arrange for a car or hotel. Definitely will be using again for our next puppy.
